This has been being tossed around so time to actually plan it out.

What date / month is best for everyone? I will plan it out and try and do most of the foot work for it.

For those that don't know uwharrie is located in Troy nc and has plenty of trails for a solid weekend of fun it has some tough spots but all rigs will have a good time. 31+ and skids is best

Uwharrie is I think $5 for a day pass or $30 for a year pass. That can be bought at the outpost.

Ok I was thinking something in there for dates as well. Let's narrow it down between those 2 weekends.

How does everyone feel about a raffle if I can get some company's to step up maybe we can make it a few bucks a ticket with the money going to a good charity?

4wheelparts of Raleigh has stepped up with some raffle items!! Huge thanks goes out to them for the support.
 
Andy at Ironman4x4fab has also stepped up with a 1 1/2" 7075 aluminum tie rod with rod ends for a grand cherokee!!!

We have decided that the raffle will go towards benefiting the American Cancer society!!!

Camping arrangments are now taken care of Scott fields has offered us use of the UORTC property for the weekend that is chosen. It will be $10 per rig to camp there but that also covers your dinner Saturday night with all the left over funds also going to the American cancer Society!!!
 
Oliver's drive shafts has also made a donation to the raffle !!!
 
July 28th weekend has been decided upon!
 
Zack, we will throw in a couple Down And Dirty For Life T-shirts for the raffle.

We will bring some to sell too. All shirt money goes to the American Cancer Society.

I'll be taking photos of all rigs coming through the trails for this event!

I like to get in on the action so all my shots are pretty much "action orientated".

Don't worry, since I'll be taking all the photos I'll be walking with them most of the time! And we still don't have a window there. :) But either aren't going to be in the jeep when any "action" is going on!
