Uwharrie OHV Jamboree, CTB fund raiser.

Ok, talked to Scott today and this is what needs to be done by sunset friday.

Claim a spot in the club/vendor row, any of them really will be ok . closer to the main entrance is best. Iwill bring my extra table.

Rope/ribbon off the game area, on ball and post make sure the start and stop boxes are wide enough for a full size rig and the start is deep enough for a full size truck to back into that the front tires will be on line with the front stakes. The sides need to be ribboned off as too keep spectators from getting too close, keep in mind not to get it too skinny. The stop/turn around box only needs to be about tj lengh deep. The ball for the game is in the barn, Scott will get someone too it so we dont have to hunt it down sat morning. If someone has a smooth kids ball(basketball size at home, bring it incase someone runs over the one we have or we cant find it.

Spear the ring, Scott says not to move spear the ring that it has dried up some, the start box is there, it needs freshend up and same as ball and post, wide enough for a full size truck and deep enough for a full size truck. The close pins and rings are in the barn, and we will need a pickup truck stationed tere saturday to rehang the rings each time the game is ran. The sides of that game also need riboned off to keep spectators from being too close.

I should be able to get all that done on Friday. If anybody will be there to help just let me know.

Joe if you go on the club website and fill it out then send it to James Belcher I think. You can paypal dues to the club, the link should be on website. You can put me down as a sponsoring member.

Big welcome to both Joe and Jen into the CTB , top qaulity folks right here. I am proud to have yall join the family!!

What an awesome weekend, even with the challenges that we had. The games were a total flop this year with only one entry. The food and club info booth was ran very well, Don and Tina McChesney and Snappy busted there buts cooking like crazy and selling as hard as they could, I applaud there dedication to the club and putting so much time and energy into what they did. We did not turn a profit on the games and food, we came a little shy of even making the money back it took to buy the food to cook. Even though we came up short Don and Tina still decided to put funds to use and graciously donated 75$ to feed the volunteers at the next workday, that is just awesome.

Big thanks to everyone who spent there day working hard and making it all happen!
