If I were a betting man, I'd say it's permanent seeing how he openly admitted to doing illegal activity and that this is his second time being banned for the same reason.

Just as an fyi there are probably 10-15 moderators here.

There is 1 admin @shawn owns the joint and he makes all ban decisions.

Well accept there is 1 super admin, @trailhugger owns the P and the whip, so shawn does what she says. As she likes to put it the 'HMFSBIC'...she also has her own hammer, looks like her hammer was used here.
 
oh ok so she saw this as a big no no to say where alot of ppl can it like the law
 
Cyd's an admin, Rob S, too.

Ron, James, Kevin, and Ken are super mods and can ban spammers. Don't think you can ban regular users, though.
 
Damn.... So it happens again. I finally met Mr. JF. I took a transfer case up to him bc we were heading to Boone anyways. Seemed like a nice guy in person, met his wife and kids too. He did seem to disappear awfully fast when my buddy Lance (a Blowing Rock police officer and former NC4x4 member) met up with me! LOL

doing sketchy things with titles is one thing. bragging openly about them on a online FORUM is another. Im glad hes gone, and so is my wife- as I cuss this dude to the point that she's tired of hearing about it!

Bingo, I'm pretty sure that whole "taking over" thing was just a matter of ensuring he had security to continue being an asshole.
