For along time I've wanted to do a full resto on this 5. Now I'm considering it as a possible build. Maybe just run some 31s armor the heck out of it and a good winch. Spend a couple grand and wheel it or just let it sit what do you guys think?

International Paper, eh? My dad used to work for them as a no. 3 Winder operator. 11 years in, during the early 90s was he was making $80+k a year.

Irregardless, it's restorable condition, but where's the fun in that? o_O

Resto. CJ 5 is sketchy short. I wheeled one. And a Bronco 2, within a smidge of the same wheelbase. A lot of people prefer the 7 just for comfort and entry. I like the nostalgia the 5 generates.

Yep dad buys lumber hasn't bought any from ip in awhile though mostly culp and Jordan.

Stretch it then ^!?

Clean it up, get it roadworthy & drive it on sunny days - topless (the Jeep)

Very much this!

If you do decide to hack it up I will buy the wheels, hood, fenders, and windshield frame off of you though! Looks like it is all good OE steel, much better than the stuff you can buy new.

I was going to part it out, but right now it's complete, not running. No title. Ill post a picture when I get home.
