So I decided to take a spin down to the creek. Almost made it until I got to the bottom of the hill...

I'd have to hit that pretty hard to make it, hahahaha!

Hopped out of the Jeep and took a walk. Was totally worth it!

Cant believe that a man like you would take that venture without a saw.

Been there before with a pallet of Chinese grocery store items that was way too heavy/top heavy for the lift gate. Soon as I got the jack onto the lift gate it bent down and started rolling off. Cracked two ribs and some of the most impressive bruises I’ve ever had!

I'll get the fine details next week and let you know. It's from PA to Manitoba.

picture of some of the stuff we do at work. because it falls under the ITAR we can't share images or technical info so: the item on the left, first we _______ then we _______ and finally we _____. Pretty cool stuff. The one on the right can ____ while it's _____ which seems pretty gnarly. I've always enjoyed making stuff and getting to have fun making ______ for ______ and get paid for it is nice.

For all the fellow beer drinkers out there...
Ever wonder who made the tap handles you see at the bar?
Waterjet steel and aluminium, stamped, welded, sandblasted and powdercoated, and assembled by hand. Be on the lookout for these anywhere RiverRat beer is served. Chances are, XJsavage had something to do with it. ;)

Nice! We've done some more basic tap handles for a local place. What did you use to stamp them? What adhesive to attach the raised portion to the substrate?

We lived at one place. The dumpster next door to the house (30 yards), was serviced every Tuesday at 4am. Another place could hear something further away getting serviced every night at 2300 (we go bed a few hours before that). I feel ya pain man. Haha

A steel stamp die that we made specifically for the application. Two halves, hinged. For adhesive, we use Sikaflex black.

Guys from Dirt Every Day took the new JL and made it into a LJL on 42’s with d60/d80. I think it’s sweet.

Why doesn't Jeep just build that? They could charge $120k for it, and they would sell 50,000 per year.
