So since I can't make Potts this weekend but I CAN make Harlan next month, I would rather talk about Harlan than Potts right now :flipoff2:

So who all is going to Harlan, when you getting there, where you staying, etc.?

I’m in!

I plan to leave as early as possible on Thursday morning. I plan to sleep in my tent or camper shell. Have not made a reservation or anything, probably going to do that next week after Potts. I’m so excited I can’t wait.
I’m not totally convinced that I won’t leave Wednesday evening, but that does me no good if no one else arrives till late Thursday.

I'm going to try to make this one. Dont know if I will drive or ride yet. I should have hp 30 in with a spartan by then.

Right now I plan to leave early Friday morning, hopefully be there right after lunch. I plan to ride the scenic roads on Friday, then be ready to wheel on Saturday. Maybe even try to meet up with group that is wheeling on Friday if I can.

Where is everyone planning to stay?

If you want a cabin Putney, if you don't need a cabin, then stay on the Evarts side. It's much cheaper and closer. Also if you break it's easier to get back to camp. I like to stay at the one by the rail road tracks. No reservations, but there is always room.

Truthfully, I have heard stories of some people named @Mulishajoe, @jeepin' jen, @77GreenMachine among others. I don't know if they exist or are just figments of @CasterTroy's imagination.
Hopefully we'll all get to hang out in Harlan together.

Maybe there will be a wedding going on as well...

I will ride Thursday afternoon if someone else is there in time. Friday and Saturday, heading home on Sunday so I don’t usually wheel the last day.

You haven't even mentioned the worst imaginary friends that Troy has yet...

I don't wanna throw any shade or anything. We'll leave the smack talk for the trails.
I do have the advantage of wheeling with some folks well versed in the fine art of trash talking.

In all seriousness, I am going to do what I can to attend with you all. I need a weekend of trail therapy

I plan to ride Friday afternoon and Saturday, then pack up and head home Sunday.

I wished Jody a happy birthday, and I wear my crocs like everyday. Not to mention I “like” a lot of his posts.

I thought that made me and Jody pretty close considering we never met in person. Lol.

We’ll have to wheel in memory of Jim next month, maybe give everything a little extra “send it” for him.

Phillip, you and me are down like 4 flat tires my friend!

If you weren't a man of God, I'd say we were down like a whore's drawers. But I'm a better man than that

Back in my wilder days, I’d have been down. And I’d have crashed a wedding with you fo sho!

Nowadays I just enjoy some drinks around the fire in a much calmer setting. I sure hope you can make it friend! I’ll bring you some Red Oak if you’re a fan.

We’ll tell you the tenderloin story, then my avatar we’ll make more since :D

Unless I missed something, I remember having a few brews and laughing real hard at Joe Jones and myself for putting my foot in my mouth about serving some meat. Lol.

In my wild days, I’d have been doing shots and gotten sloppy falling down drunk. I just have no desire to do that anymore. However I have slipped up before. But I don’t recall being that way Saturday.
