Mine wanted a sprayer for the cloth diapers, but they are ~$75 for a decent one. This was gonna be my solution. Luckily, someone gave us one as a gift. Actually works well.
Almost took a pic of our cloth diaper sprayer, but I was too lazy to walk over to it.

when my when my daughter was a baby her mother would come to pick her up on the weekends and ask for diapers. I finally got sick of it and gave her a pack of cloth diapers and told her there's a lifetime supply. She threw them on the ground and never asked again.
