Derek has broke down in the gorge, we thought it was a brake controller issue but turned out the truck is not making boost.
Going to flash the truck and see what happens. We may need help. He is pulling a 24’ goose with a camper and his Jeep.

Might be helpful if someone could come get the trailer and hang onto it so he can ride home empty.

Not real sure what we need or what’s going to happen, just lining up options.

Post here if you are close enough and willing to help. I’ll update again shortly

As of now the truck is back rolling. Not sure what the problem is, but we are going to let them get ahead of us a little in case it happens again.

I’ll keep you posted

We knew with our luck of the weekend something would happen on the way home. I knew with the folks I know from wheeling and this forum if we could just get back into western NC there was plenty of help along the route home.

Saw it at Alan's last night as we we gawking at his new view going up across the road. Ever determine what was up?

Low rail pressure under load. Idle its ~7kpsi, ease into it and she'll come up to 18-23 kpsi but once you crest half throttle or so it'll drop to 6 kpsi.

You are welcome to stop by when your not busy stalking....especially when you see a turd in the driveway.

on that new house. At least it'll have character. I'm guessing it'll be like the blue one @ gumtree/wallburg rd. Based on the owner's truck, it'll take a lot for me to piss them off so that's good. But I was here first and they ain't in a HOA. I'm just happy it's not another dentist office.

I would have stopped, but we had just come from the Diner with some hot cheerwine pulled chicken. And fat boy gotta EAT!!!

Princess wanted to see what that monster looked like head-on. (from the 4 way it looked 300 yrds long)

Between that and the builder trying to place a castle on the side of Gumtree (new house between the 4 way and Oaklawn dr) our values should skyrocket  I've bet my wife he will add a fountain before it's all over. I stopped and talked to that guy when it was under roof and still framing. Interesting guy. Real dry though.

yeah, that's a biggin down the rd. When the 109 project got the axe, a lot of folks got out of real estate jail and freed up a lot of this property. I'm sure you were well aware of that with the road you lived on.

this one does look long from the 4-way with that angled 3-car garage. I was toying with the idea of buying a sliver next to the rental house on the corner just to build a garage/shop. After talking to the land owner for 6 nanoseconds, I realized that wasn't going to happen.

Also, keep an eye on the fence line between the original land owner's house (dentist office) and the 2nd house. You'll see it's not being kept up. Dentist house guy is letting it grow up because he's mad at 2nd house guy because of the shed, fence material, yard "art", and some other HOA-type violations. BUT, there is no HOA or written guidelines so second house guy said, :flipoff2:. Now we have us a good fued to watch. It's a slow mover, but if you keep an eye on the details it's humorous....especially if you know the dentist house guy. o_O

oh, I'm begging....please don't lay on the horn when I'm cutting grass by the main rd. My neighbor thinks it's funny to do that with his air horn on his dually. I just about bail off the mower the first few times. :sniper:

Friday & Monday, I was doing some hauling in a lonely wooded area, yet still close to a bunch of New Subdivisions. There is a corner house, about half hidden in the trees, that looks like a big rectangular 2 story box motel! Beside that, the wooden siding is blue. There's a small garage behind it; just plain metal. Didn't want to be a snoop, so I didn't get out to get pictures. Some people have "Unusual" Taste!

Fuel supply issue, fuel filter, FPR, or just the injection pump crapping out?
