My uncle had an '11 that he put 234,000 miles on. I think he did brakes, a few transmission services, one or two sets of spark plugs, and an oil pressure sending unit. That was it other than regular oil changes and such. He sold it in February of '20 after getting a leftover '19 to replace it. I still see the guy driving it all the time. Both were white, crew cab, XLT, 4x4, with 5.0s. I'm not a Ford guy at all, but they're great trucks. I like that the '19 is more firm than the '11, but both ride great.
The '11 got 18.5-ish, the '19 gets 22-ish. The 10 speed is definitely nice to have.
