anyone here a machinist or know of a kinda close to me shop that could make my doubler stub shafts and be able to keep up with the orders.
I'm willing to order 20 at a time of 241stubs, 20 of 231stubs, and soon after 1356stubs.
Please only serious responses, don't care to hear your opinion of why doublers are junk and blah blah blah, there's a market for them and I have tons of people already lined up. I have the adapter plates made already and clocking rings, just waiting to get my CNC table back up and running.
I have a machinist whose helping me out but not sure he's up to the task of the amount of orders I'm going to be needing.
I'm also VERY interested in the somewhat near future of buying a Mill and paying someone to teach me how to do it as I shift my business over to more machine work over time but for now I have too much work going on to learn a new trade haha.
You can reach me at 828-284-1302
Again, please keep comments per discussion and relevant, thank you very much.

Any decently equipped machine shop should be able to make that

But the devil is in the details. What material, what spline class, heat treat spec? Splining pre hard or post hard? Etc.

Do you have 2D or 3D drawings of said parts? What material also?
i will have you one as soon as my current machinist finished the first shaft, should be tomorrow, Monday. Thanks Tom
