HF Plasma Cutter

I grabbed one while my Everlast was in for warranty repair (8wks). The Everlast will be for sale this weekend.

Who’s got a link to consumables? They aren’t the same as what I have already.

No link, but guessing they’re the same as the Esab machine b/c this is made by them.

I decided to pick one up too, my rebate was denied. Anybody else have any issue?

Did you order the 35i from Arc Solutions? I had trouble with the website accepting Arc Solutions as the "Where purchased from" so I contacted Esab customer service and they got it taken care of for me. My rebate is processing now.
Yes, I will have to call them today.

I ordered the fire power fp200 welder from them yesterday after surfing the site from this thread. 519 with a 150 rebate… hoping it is good as well.

I think I had to put it in as ArcSol Inc or something. I just looked at the invoice from Arc Solutions and put whatever it said. Went through with no issue.

I'm 99% sure these are the same, just Euro part numbers.
I'll be guinea pig and order the 20 pack. :D
Got em this afternoon. A few notes:
-These are Plasmadyn parts, not OEM ESAB.
-The gas shield cup is black instead of the original blue/gray, and has 4 air holes instead of 6. I don't like that. I did not take out of the pack to verify the thread, but visually it looked the same.
-The swirl rings look about the same as the originals.
-The tips look good and match the originals.
-The electrodes look good, and match, EXCEPT the thread is different. The Firepower one is a coarse thread, and the Plasmadyn one for the euro Handyplasma is a very fine thread, and will not work.

Based on the air hole difference and thread mismatch, I'll be returning these, and getting the "correct" ones for the Firepower 45i.

I got the 200 amp welder and the plasma… very happy with both. 1/4 tube playing around and cuts like butter. Gonna modify my 40$ welding cart so my air hose can pass through the back. Also very happy with how long the plasma hose is.

Did anyone ever find alternate consumables for the Firepower FP35i? I’m seeing some on Amazon but they seem to be on the expensive side.

This is where I ended up ordering from and everything fit up and looks good:
And Cyberweld has the OEM Esab stuff:
