Probably about half of buying it new. I'd guess that kit is $40K - $50K now days. Concrete is probably a good $15K. I'b bet paying to install would be about $20 - $25K. My guesses could be way off. Probably are. Then I wonder what all is missing.Never installed 40x60x16h red iron building. Doesn't look like a bad price to me

Those things go up so fast. A good crew can have it up in less than a week, as long as all the parts are there and the anchor bolts are in the right place. Id guess 10k for putting it up.

My buddys father-in-law has a 40x70x14H
R&R enclosed post frame hes trying to sell that he bought and never put up. Asking $30k for it.......I think about buying it way too much. i may have to make him a solid $20k offer
