Putting our house on the market in a few weeks. Now I’m chipping away at all of the projects that I’ve been staring at or walking by for the last four years. Nothing like a little fire under your anus to get you moving. No way it sells for what the realtor is wanting to list it for. I wouldn’t pay that for it. We shall see. Not looking forward to moving again. I’m offering it furnished if the buyers want it. I’ll be glad to pack some undies and a toothbrush and walk out.
