Sounds like there's definitely more to the story here:
"For him [Cairo] to bite someone, and especially the little child from the hospital, I take responsibility for that," Brown said. "I will own up to my truth."

Brown said the kids provoked Cairo after viewing his surveillance video.

“He was enticed off my property by one of those kids, and then all of the issues or incident happened,” Brown said.

I'd love to see the surveillance video. Regardless, sucks all around for everyone involved. Kid is all f'd up, and dude is without his dog.

If it turns out a troublesome youth let the dog off leash, I'd be whooping some ass. Both as the parents of the injured child and as the owner of the dog that was only doing its duty.

If you read the article, the reporter asked Trump about Bad Bunny, so he responded with what I quoted above.

Reporter:
“The NFL just chose the Bad Bunny rabbit or whatever his name is,” Kelly told Trump. “This guy, who hates ICE, he doesn’t like you, he accuses everything he doesn’t like of racism.”

Trump:
“I’ve never heard of him,” Trump responded. “I don’t know who he is… I don’t know why they’re doing it. It’s crazy. And then they blame it on some promoter they hired to pick up entertainment— I think it’s absolutely ridiculous.”

The person/organization paying this bad bunny character is the only one who's opinion matters, because it if turns out to be a shit show, it will fall on them, but I think it is funny. It doesn't matter to me because I don't watch the super bowl. Now if they had Def Leppard doing the half time show, I might actually turn on the TV.

Yeh, I don't go to concerts. They cost too much, or I am just too cheap I guess. I haven't paid to hear a band play in over 20 years.
 
Jay-Z company owns the superbowl halftime concert. that should explain it.
