Also, probably a terrible idea. If we should have $400 billion dollars worth, but we actually have $300 billion, or even $200 billion, then what happens?

(Actually, we know what happens: The government lies about it and says we have $600 billion :rolleyes:)

there's a lot of people that believe its been gone or at least greatly diminished for a long time
