What have you done to your rig today?

Problem doesn't seem to be clutch related at all. After pushing out 8 gallons of rotten gas and putting in 2 gallons of fresh non ethanol, it runs pretty well except for raw gas dripping from the exhaust manifold. #4 injector is stuck open. Clutch wasnt stuck, it just ran so bad on bad gas and 3 cylinders it choked off when you let off the clutch. It moves on its on with fresh gas and 3 cylinders. Refurbished injectors are on the way.

found and purchased out of California, a radiator designed for the 6V92TA. This was quite the search! Now I need to find the frame. also many nickel/dime parts along the way.

May start a build thread after I gather enough parts to warrant one.

I am 6'4" about 280. the pic is for size comparison.

Finished up a refresh on my LJ....tried to sell it, the market didn't want to deal with the issues....so I bit the bullet.
Tires, exhaust, fuel pump, replumbed the lockers, fresh fluid and filters front to back, new shocks and steering stabilizer, fresh brakes at all four corners.

Spent some time with some rubbing compound and wax.

Definitely makes me wish it had been this nice when I was daily driving it.

Will toss up a fresh pic when the sun comes up. The 265's are such a visual improvement over the 245 it had.

I got the transmission out ( again!) and the new clutch in.
Hopefully I can the the transmission back in today and verify operation so I can reassemble the underdash firewall.

I like the Chicago style we heels you got there

So from 97-01 Jeep XJ’s put the washer reservoir outside the engine bay in the driver side fender well. If you decide to cut the fenders it’s a goner. Really no way around it. Found a small universal washer bottle on Amazon and got it mounted today. Fished out the factory wiring and hose for the OEM system from the loom. Squirters are back in action just like the factory intended with the multi-function stalk on the column. Was able to mount it to the “divider” wall for the K&N CAI setup.

She’s a squirter again 😍

Had to clean up and take pictures of the LJ to post it up on marketplace... couldn't resist a side by side shot with the new to us JL. Really surprised, the JL is not really that much larger. What you can see out the windshield of the LJ vs the JL....the JL feels like you are inside a tank, the LJ, a greenhouse.

Mocking up the stretch. Sitting at about 103.5" in the picture. Original plan was 100" but moved the front further than planned.

It's been a hot minute since an update. Picked it up from Chris Keziah yesterday after he finished the suspension and steering for me. Still have some work to do but excited for the progress.
