A few of us went down to Morris MT. in Alabama this past weekend. A photographer from Crawl (Ricky Berry) had his birthday party there and invited friends to come out and wheel for the weekend. This place was fun, big tire, big axle, big motor, type fun.Though Cassidy spanked obstacles all day long in his superlight turbo yota buggy. It was a little wet from a good rain a night or so before we got there so it made some of the obstacles interesting, it dried out the longer we were there. One of the best weekends I've had wheeling in a long time. You guys should check this place out sometime. There was a barbie jeep race down a very steep hill the last day, that particular video is pretty funny.

Thanks for the videos Greg, You know when ya'll come next year someone from the carolinas needs to represent for the Barbie jeep races. Glad you guys had a great time, hope to ride with you guys soon.

X2. It's very apparent that you guys are familiar with weak-links and have improved upon them, tenfold. I saw the pictures over on pirate too - looks like a lot of fun.

How did he not get dizzy doing the cyclone :)
Travis was riding with him and said he had to look down to keep from getting sick....I swear it looked twice as fast in person. On the attempt after that one it hooked up and high sided the cage into the ground (see pic) tweaked the cage and shook the guys up a little.

I thought the same thing when we rolled in...everything there was badass and pretty much everyone hit every obstacle hard. I would have had a good time just riding around and watching. Here's a link to a lot of good photos..

He isn't an internet guy ,so no pics really. Chris (792.5cj5) also built a buggy using a similar turbo/yota set up, maybe he can help.

Thinks, when I get home I plan to watch the videos, on Pirate.
Work blocks streaming video...

Yep in another thead asked for more info on that Yota Buggy, same deal turbo, and propane you just mentioned.

Still no word, I searched the threads and no dice on build up.

My guess is yes... Reds are good Comp Tires, Everyday Southern Riding.. Not so Good.

I have cut down 2... But I still run them, cause its the Best Tire for the money I can find. Of course I am not paying full retail. Mine are coming from Comp Sponsor guys, with 1 run on them.

I wonder if this obstacle would have torn another red label krawler if it was on your passenger side rear?

Dunno..but I'll still keep set in my possesion for awhile, there's no beating them for traction. I was told one of the trophy trucks ran a set of Creepys 40's in the Baja 1000 with no failures, that sorta sells me on keeping these on here for a good while.

Turbo setup

Chris is also building a buggy for me. I'm going to use the same setup. 22r motor with a stock 22ret manifold, impco 200, and a stock vw passot turbo, blitz blow off. Seems to very dependable on Eric's buggy. Helped out power alot. The vw turbo spools fairly fast with not a whole lot of lag.
