I'm having problems with my wife's Intrepid:shaking: again, but at least this one doesn't seem to be too serious. I am throwing a 441 code. I have heard you can use a machine to pump smoke into the vac system to find leaks. Anyone here do this??

You can use Oxygen too....or either

I have used a hand held propane torch to find vacume leaks. Idle the engine & allow the gas from the torch to blow (slowly) around the vacume lines. When the engine idle goes up you have the area you leak is in.

I do the same thing but with starting fluid. Also cleans your engine off at the same time

This method works great. Just make sure the torch isn't lit.

I've seen people burn wiring harnesses up using this method.
