Time to upgrade more

Rip out carpet and put down some new flooring

Wife wanted to upgrade kitchen also, putting in new back splash and also a new fridge

Floor is all done and beds are assembled.

We also have heat in the floor so had to make some custom covers as these holes are a weird size

Picked up a jack knife couch from @yager and was able to make legs for it today and got it installed.

Back splash is done and while at it I upgraded sink faucet also.

Fridge has been in and working for a week with no issues

I know the original owner started the home vs RV look, but I'm glad you've kept with it. Improved it actually. Makes it look more like a vacation cottage, rather than just transport or camping.

That's what I was thinking...that damn thing would have gone a good ways otherwise - hard to explain to the cops why you demolished a house for a youtube video.
