1/2 round molding

You can get 1/4 round w/ a 3.4" radius. 2 of them is 1.5". Does it matter is the bottom edge doesn't really line up?
But I'm trying to figure out why you even need the bottom half of the semicircle, other than asthetics. It's just to give an edge to lean against that doesn't hurt and/or makes it easy to wipe crap off of right?

If you had ever seen one of my motorcycles, guns, my Jeep, or really, my home you'd understand :(

It's really an illness

People who have bought my toys (RARE I ever sell anything) seem to really appreciate the attention I give the little things. This being no exception. It would bother me to no end to leave it cut like this. I wish I weren't like this....but it is what it is

You could do that but add a 1/2x3/4 filler between them. Would probably look better than a full radius edge if it is blended well.
