I think in gonna throw the Blackstone on the truck. Grill will be open for anything yall want besides shellfish. You bring, you cook. I'll do some burgers.
 
For those with diesels, the cheapest I've seen fuel near URE is the Exxon at the junction of Hwy8 & Hwy49 (~20 miles from the campground) at $3.99.
 
Good news, bad news. Good news is the temp has warmed up a lot, lows around 50, highs around 65...but its gonna be cloudy and rainy.

Still should be good since they are calling for scattered showers and only 50-60% chance. Might even clear off, who knows.
 
I've been watching the weather. Forecast for Saturday shows rain in the morning before noon but nothing else. If that holds true, I'll still come.

To be fair, I hate camping in the rain too. But as I get older, I'm not as cold tolerant as I used to be, so I'll take the warmer temps with some scattered rain over clear and friggin cold.

Hah. I don't care about the cold. I've hammock camped in 15 degree weather with no issues. But rain + cold = suck.

I do have a half shell top for the Willys for storage that I can bring for overnight stuff or I could be part of the cool crowd with an awning.

Guess I need to start pulling together my camping gear, air up the tires, and get the trailer out...
 
Damn this is killing me that I can't make it this round. y'al are gonna have to find some other fake liberal to argue with you.

Yep, worked on mine a few hours tonight. Fortunately I lit up the wood stove when I got home from work. It was 27 outside when I came up from the shop a few minutes ago.

I might throw the 1/24 scale ones in the truck if I remember. Mostly for crawling campfire rocks and showing you guys I still got it.

I plan to be at the Outpost to buy a pass about 10. I'd love to run Daniel. Haven't done it yet this year.
