2023 (Not NC4X4) Web Wheeler Weekend Get Together

When all this food being served? I was planing on coming to the group camp after riding to hang for a short while before heading home.
 
I’m planning on just coming for a day ride to test the rig. I know this isn’t an “organized ride” with scheduled departures… but am looking at Saturday to arrive, wheel, hang out and head back. So I don’t show up too late to enjoy a group ride, what’s the “normal departure” if this group for a ride? Someone here said the gas station at 10 am, which would be great. Dont want to get there and everyone is out on the trails already.

Not sure how the wife would feel about burn marks on the Pyrex. Also not sure if it would leave burn marks on the Pyrex, but getting that out of the already baked on crap seems impossible. Also also not sure if you're supposed to use Pyrex with an open flame, but by golly its called Pyrex, so y'orta.
 
Anybody remember if there are picnic tables? I might throw mine in the truck if not. Seems like a good thing to have a couple of. And I'll bring an EZ Up or screen tent to throw over it.

Pretty sure there are some at the group camp.

I've got two folding tables plus a table with a faucet if you want to be fancy.

I will be comi9ng by the camp for a bit depending on when we get off the trails. Was thinking of bringing something to add to.

It normally goes like this:
Let's hit the trials!
Wait! Bob's still on his way, he's like 10min out.
Hour goes by.
Well Bob can just catch up, let's go.
Bob pulls up.
Another hour goes by.
John didn't get a pass, so we have to go by the Outpost.
Which trails are we going to do?
More indecision.
Usually make it on the trail by lunch lol

Continuation:
Most of the group didn't pack lunch and is now hungry, so time to go "grab something quick out of the cooler"
Someone breaks on the way back to camp
Wrenching commences
Wrenching is done
Someone looks under rig, finds another issue
Group finally leaves camp at 3:30pm
Hits easy trails no issue
Hits a harder trail and it turns into a night ride until 2am

I told my mom about our potluck dinner on Saturday night, so she’s making TWO big dishes of homemade Mac and cheese. I’m stoked.
