gotta finish that deck first boys, unhappy wife makes for a unhappy life:D

I'll have to agree to disagree. ....3rd times the charm and i haven't pleased a single damn one yet ....but they can't spoil my happiness

Go wheeling. Then after, have deck raising party.

BTW be watchful on your fuel cell. Same cell several of us had. Had 4 of them split and fail in one day at The Dixie Run.

I had an older tank do the same thing, hopefully the way this one is mounted I wont have an issue, i gave it a little room to flex, we will see

Flex is what kills em.
Mine, Matt's, Chris Griggs, and Tony Wilson's, all split.
If and when it happens, I called and got all of us new tanks.

I have had 3 different RCI fuel cells leak at the welds in my buggy. Always mounted with clamps, not tabs. I gave up on RCI and had a cell fabricated with the same dimensions, with baffles inside.

Don't feel it's flex, i had zero deflection in my mounting. Purely quality control, fusion welding on too thin of material.

I agree that it is likely this plus some flex/vibration. I think that the weak weld/heat zones are moving causing them to be weaker, and the force from fuel sloshing kills them.

simply put, all fusion, no filler
4 tanks, mounted a lil different, all split down a seam, except mine and it split at the top.

Love this buggy I remember when it was just a pile of tube and when you sold it them bought it back I believe it is going to be a killer rig can't wait to see it in action.
