My buddy Matt got hired to be one of their sales people and is in Cali right now getting trained. It will be opening really soon.

Doughboy got hired??

ya know, there IS another 4x4 & Diesel shop literally right down the street.... **cough Global cough** :)

anyone know if this 4wheel parts is going to do installations? i can't imagine that they wouldn't but I've circled the building a few times and haven't been able to figure out where they would put installation bays. there's a detached shed in the back with some garage doors but the building doesn't really look big enough. maybe it is though.

Anyone know who the store GM is?

Only reason I ask is in my experience 4WPW allows a lil more lattitude with their individual GMs than any other national chain Ive ever seen.

A god friend of mine is over the Orlando (ok 1 of like 4 ) store, and they are actually carrying a number of local products in their store.

I believe the detached bays on the back belong to Tweeter for their installs. I cruised by the location late last night and saw they had already installed the bay door on the inside of the front of the building but had not cut in the doorway yet.

That would be me. I come from an extensive automotive background and I am a seasoned manager with over 14 years experience with last ten running multi-unit regions. But the most important thing here is that I too am an enthusiast.

Guys, we will not be billing ourselves as a be all end all fab shop. We will focus more on parts at a great price, excellent customer service and yes definatley INSTALLS.
We will leave the tubework and custom fabrication to the many great fabricators that exist in our area.
We will be able to handle installing almost any of our own products including gears swaps, lift kits, bolt ons, SYE's, big wheels and tires, 4X4 alignments, big brakes, custom exhaust, and many other great services. Remember fellas this is a 4x4 AND truck shop, trucks can get lowered too. Our parts availabilty is huge and we can offer parts from companies like Poison Spyder, Staun, Rubicon Express, and Advance Adapters just to name a few.
The Sales and technical staff is comprised wholly of enthusiasts and love to talk truck. We all enjoy wheeling and know what you are looking for in a local 4WP store. Everybody has their own area of expertise just like many of you! We have jeeps guys, Zuki guys, Diesel guys and Full size enthusiasts.
There will also be some other familiar faces form here on the board working there too! Our store will be cutting edge and have a great feel to it. We will have a great selection of parts in stock and ready for your weekend trip.
I look forward to having a great store and helping everybody with their truck and 4x4 needs at a great price. I encourage everyone to stop by take a tour and chat with our knowledgable sales staff. I assure you we will have a huge grand opening party and there will be many additional events held at the shop.
The entire staff is working very hard to get this location opened up as soon as possible. We are undergoing extensive training to learn the databases and operational procedures of the company.
I am not on the internet very often right now due to the hectic schedule so i may not be able to answer many questions quickly. If you see me at the Dixie Run stop by and visit and ask away.
