We would like to do our 4th Annual NC4x4 man of the year giveaway.
Chip- (upnover)- 2007
John Craven (JC, formerly CYJKrawler)- 2008
Dylan (Dylan W.) 2009
So as a refresher Heres who wins, the winner is the NC4x4 man or woman of the year (as we got PC'd last year), so post up who you think that is, It can be for great Tech Info, A Great Build, Or just great commentary, or for whatever reason you think. Post the name and why you think they are man of the year. Ill add up the votes on Dec. 22nd. That way you can have your cash or goodies by Christmas.
NC4X4 Man of the year recieves a $200 dollar gift certificate towards anything we carry or do....or $100 cold hard cash.
 
Snappy....the guy goes out of his way to help more people on here than just about anyone I've ever seen.

Or just give the cash to one of the people bitching about fees so they can go trail ride...HA!
 
I'd second Snappy too.

Or, Rob and Ron for putting ECORS together.
 
The snappster. Hell, he called me today to promote for ECORS and is the guy who is the first one to offer up help/tools or whatever. Man saved my ass at Harlan from having to go back to town for oil for my front diff. Have not forgotten that snappy!

My vote is for Snappy. He has proven that he is there to help and better the sport. I've seen it during ECORS races where he helps out other competitors and he has done a lot of behind the scenes things for ECORS to make us better (we still have a ways to go! :D )
 
Since this is a clear love-fest for Snap, I'll throw out another for Ron and Rob as a diad (if that's possible). Those guys have some serious commitment.
 
Gotta be Snappy, Ive never seen a person so willing to help. He has been a major part of the success of ECORS this year. You won't find a better guy for the award.
 
Thanks to everyone, it really does mean alot to me.
My vote is for Yager, even with a vavle replacement he helped keep the board in check.
EDIT: Sometimes you overlook the ones that help you the most... Terry aka Yourhotdoguy.. He has helped me so much this year both mentaly and with my buggy. Everytime I needed a good laugh he did with a store....usually started out "this one time we were wheeling.....lol

Based purely on what I've read, I'll throw a vote out for Ron.

Helped us out at the Rock Corps Benifit (amoung many others) with a kids game, and donations
 
Can see why everyone votes for Snappy, been to a few ECORS race this year and he really brings an energy to the racing.
Going to vote for Saf-t Scissors though, because he took over the site this year, and has already made a ton of improvements, and can see him really taking it places.

this. as soon as i read this thread Snappy was the first name i thought of.

Not only has he done alot for everyone else this year...but hes maintained this level of service, and energy and keeps a smile on his face, even though his personal life has had some ups and downs this year.




***EDIT*** wow...i didnt even read past the first comment, after reading the thread, snappy has been busy this year.

*Ricky B. For all the effort he puts into the entire 4x4 sport.
*Saf-t- for all the hard work he has accomplished on the forum and reportin,filming,and photographing our sport.
*Trail Hugger...for all of her hard work on the forum and manning the computer for the live ECORS coverage.
*Snappy ..for being the most selfless person that I have ever met. For always coming through to help out with a ton of prize donations for fundraisers and ECORS races. For constantly giving business to damn near every vendor on here. For being a friend to everybody.
