Looking forward to seeing the pictures. We had one know it all, and few that liked to talk more than wheel, but all in all it was a fun trip. I would recommend the 4x4 everyone group (not sure what it's called. No logo's, stickers, etc.) to people that have made recent changes in their rig or don't want to beat it up(unfortunately I fit both this week), yet still be able to enjoy yourself. Of course the clan did kind of fall apart on my second day of MY trip. Personally i do not feel that tearing my jeep up makes a trail good or not. To me a great ride is a mixture of different landscapes with a large unified group, in trails that require anyone with 35's or less to winch. But as stated this is a personal opinion. 4x4 everyone is a good point to meet up with your specific interests and then depart from the guys that have more or less capability.
Oh and word to the wise anyone on the 'committee', URE has to do something about the dust(water truck) or it will be shut down. DHEC does not play around. As soon as someone like that starts with ure then everybody will jump on the wagon and try to shut it down. Let's not allow this to be another tellico.

.
Damien, you came out with nobody and we took you in our group with open arms.I thought things went well through out the weekend for a first time out as a group. There are alot of groups and clubs from your area in upstate S.C. so you will possibly find a group more to your style.Part of the ideas of this group is for folks to come out and try wheeling in a group enviroment and then find folks to wheel with.

This guy's kiddin', right? I found him sittin in the parking lot of the outpost by himself. Didn't even know how to obtain a trail pass. I don't think he would've even wheeled if it weren't for us. Can't please everyone.

URE

Man I dont know how anyone could not have enjoyed the weekend. I thought all you guys were great. Of course I have my opioin about all ppl I meet. But that does not get in the way of me enjoying my self. I am still trying to put names with faces, but that is how my brain works sometimes. I apoligize for not getting out to hook up my fig for the tug I received, didnt think about that untill we got back to camp that evening. It wont happin agin lol. I seen alot of ppl who dont know much of anything about each other come together to lend a hand as needed and I am proud to have been a part of that. plus the landscape, cant see that stuff riding down any highway that I know of. So I guess what I am trying to say, if you cant have any enjoyment out of all that , then maybe it is not the place for YOU. :driver:

It was nice getting to meet several of you - sorry for not being myself - migraines are a PITA. It's starting to go away now, just surface pain now :) Hope to actually ride the trails next time - sleeping in a tent during the heat of the day all alone is not fun :(

I have the same problem. I was wondering if all that was out could post up their name and what they was driving along with day they was out. That way all could connect the dots to who was who?

Brian (not that its hard to figure out lol) I was riding with Len and Jimmy on Saturday (Showed up in a green F150 which stayed at the campsite :) )

Well, I'm Sher/Sherry/that girl and I have a white TJ with a tribal eagle on the hood (didn't like the Renegade eagle). I didn't have it with me this weekend because I'm too broke. Literally have .77 in my bank account. I was moving slowly and trying not to laugh too hard. We got in Saturday night.
