hurry up with that dash im interested in how its gonna turn out, interior is what im gonna start working on in my truck next

Well now I'm considering going back to running a shackle up front. I just fucked around with the slider boxes for 2 hours only to find out they will be an utter bitch to mount. They will have to be frenched into the frame about 2-3 inches so the spring clears the box.:kaioken: Guess there goin on the shelf to be saved for another project.

Got some work done today, even got my girlfriend out in the shop to help out. Last pic is with weight on the spring, should still have some up-travel left. Might add another leaf to get a little more out of it, I do not want it to ride on the bumps all the time. Still burn the tubes in after I make sure they are in the right spot.

She is on the axles...sort of, still need a ubolt plate upfront. Jackstand are set at 20" to axle center and a 28" belly/frame height. I flipped te rear springs back to take some wheelbase out of it, it's at 113.5" right now. All I'm all happy with it at the moment, still have a lot to do though.

Didn't take any pics but I added another leaf to the front and it helped a lot, might not have to add one on the rear but we will see.

nice my wb is 113 and i love it works great on most everything. keep up the good work!

Thanks, main thing I'm waiting on now is money. I have plenty of time now just waiting on funds.

I think ill like the wheelbase where it's at. After wheeling at Harlan and talking with some buddy all weekend I realized I didn't need the stupid long wheel base, that and it should wheel fine on 37-39s. I'm thinking about ditching the full hydro and going with a fj80 box and run hydro assist. Wanting to keep it a little more street friendly.
