You’d really think you could get a couple thousand off-roaders to come together, throw a few grand each in the pot and make things happen. I know, I know…the complications of ‘shares’, upkeep and liability…but really seems like something @77GreenMachine could coordinate and make everyone happy about it.

I have no idea what ROI on an off-road park looks like…but if it’s anything resembling decent, I’d throw down $10k and wouldn’t think twice if I never went.

I'm certain the ROI would be in the neighborhood of losing money. But I would like to own a few hundred acres in the mountains (hence why I stumbled across this), so im in for a tiny chunk.

I have the idea we talked about and still believe it can work. I just don’t have the time to invest in getting it off the ground, getting a non profit started is very complicated.

In all honesty, it's a pipe dream but it would be worth a couple grand for a stake in a place to go camping, hiking, hunting, and wheeling at will.
