Any overlander types?

Get yourself a TJ on 33s. If there are more than two people, build a little trailer to haul your stuff. Stay well clear of anyone who describes himself as an "overlander." We've gone a few thousand miles like this in the last year or two, and had a fucking blast.
 
I love traveling and camping away from it all. Wife and I are prepping and planning now for a 2 week adventure mostly in Montana and Idaho but hoping to be able to visit friends in North Dakota, Wyoming and Colorado as well. Taking my 4wd CTD and slide in camper. I’ll have a bag full of smart ass remarks for anyone that uses the term overland:D

Maybe I’ll be able to con @tw89yj into feeding our “guard dogs” while we’re away:flipoff2:

So are you gonna go by sea, by air, or over land? :flipoff2:
 
i like the idea of overlanding, like, real overlanding. like, 30 days in the bush in australia or africa or an arctic expedition in a convoy of land cruisers.

but, for the most part, its just mall crawling hipsters blowing money on their SUVs and jeeps.
 
I hope to soon join the overland crowd , picked this up today....
