I saw this video today, for those who have to suffer through the painful experience known as audio conference call, this should be really funny to you. I am always that dude at the end, who never bothered to speak until the end, just to make sure they knew I did suffer through it with them.

LMAO! My life every day!

The only thing they were missing is the person that is eating and chewing but not on mute.

Or breathing heavy as crap into the mic.

How about the jackass that takes another call while on the conference call putting everyone on hold so they get to listen to the elevator music and can't continue the conversation. That really pisses me off! What the fuck are you doing taking another call while on a conference call?! Everyone has to hang up and call in again.

LOL! I had to forward that to a few of our regular participants who have the same thoughts as I do about the effectiveness of our weekly calls!

I was on one once when the breathing was so bad from one particular participant that the host actually said, "My God... is someone watching or filming a porn movie on this friggin call?!?!?!" After about 20 minutes of unrelenting laughter on the parts of the participants who were actually supposed to be doing the talking, the host finally gave up and said he's just send an e-mail with the information. Should have just done that to begin with.

Same guy always insisted on calling in with his Bluetooth headset from his cell phone (which always made it echo horribly) even though he was sitting in a conference room at the corporate office. He was a corporate tool.

Tripp & Tyler are from Atlanta. They're a couple really funny Christian comedians. They have some funny stuff on you tube. Some poking fun at hipster Christian things & lots of other great videos too.

Thanks. That was AMAZING and perfect

Yep. In those all the time.

We recently started using Google Hangouts, and some other tools to add video to the conference.
The thing is it really dosn't help w/ 90% of those problems; you still interupt each other b/c you don't get all the same physical cues as when in proximity etc...
and just makes it awkward b/c everybody looks at the computer screen instead of where the camera is mounted (above the screen) so it's like everybody is autistic and avoiding eye contact o_O.

I usually call into conference calls in my van because I am in the field. I plug my phone into the Aux port so peoples voices play through the speakers, set my phone on my steering wheel and lay my seat back while I listen to people talk over each other. It is such a painful experience to me every time, I am glad to see others have to suffer through these. I Dig the idea of CJ777's bullshit bingo, I can see my next conference call ending in confusion as I scream " BINGO " 30 seconds in and hang up......
