Anything Worth Eating and McDonalds?

So I have known that Mcdonalds is pretty nasty as far as what some of there stuff is made of and I know other fast food chains are no better, but I was reading an article and some researchers who examined some Mcnuggets and the stuff they found inside was horrible. My dad also has been to the plant near eden or in eden where they process the chicken (did sprinkler work for them) and said it was incredibly bad.
Problem is, I constantly get free coupons for food at Mcdonalds and I had to not use it but I just do not eat at that place. Is there anything like breakfast that is more than likely real? Like maybe an egg white mcmuffin? or something. I just hate to throw away free food.
 
The coffee is all I care for. But then I got hooked on Dunkin Donuts coffee and McDonald's just isn't good to me anymore.
 
I have heard pretty good things about their new chicken wings. Haven't tried them yet though, like everyone else it's not first on my list of places to eat.

The only thing I like to eat there are the Egg mcMuffin minus the ham or whatever that is and their fries...but even looking at their eggs has me wondering if its even a real egg...I know the cheese is not but what sliced cheese out there is real???
I also read an article where a guy bought a McDouble and sat it out and i think it was like a month later...he still looked the same as the day he bought it...I guess all the preservatives they use.
 
I eat at McDonald's probably about once every 3-5 years.

The wings were better than I expected, but not nearly as good as that cat on Pirate was talking about. I am a serious chicken wing addict, and while I was impressed for fast food standards, I sure as shit wouldnt have started a thread on them..but I like my wings un-breaded and a good bit hotter. Wing King and DD Peckers, if you are not familiar with these two joints here in Charlotte, and you like wings, you will thank me later.
 
I'll eat a sausage egg and cheese Mcmuffin in a skinny minute.Same as with a sausage egg and cheese crosaunt from Buggerking.

I won't eat mcdonalds or burgerking but the wife sneaks it sometimes and she brought home some of the wings and they were not bad. Doesn't mean that I will go and get them by choice but if someone was in bringing me something back that's probably all I'd take.

I will go hungry before I eat fast food. Any of it...
 
I've been eating their breakfast burritoes about 1 or 2 times a week for a while, easy to eat while drivin and only 99cents! If they're fresh they're not bad, but like all fast food if it's an hour or more old it's awfull.
 
I'm just concerned as to what they are passing off as chicken and hamburger....I really like their egg mcmuffins and I get coupons for them all the time but after reading some of the stuff I've read about mcdonalds, it has me weary.
 
I always get a ham and cheese mcgriddle.
