Down and Dirty for Life is very excited to announce our 2nd Annual Event from Friday, April 19th at noon until Sunday, April 21 at 4pm. Just like last year, we are combining our American Cancer Society Fundraiser with the Rock Corps 4x4 Club Spring Open Invite at the Flats in Marion, NC. We will have t-shirts, games, food, raffle, and lots of wheeling! We had some great raffle items last year thanks to the massive generosity of the NC4x4 community, and hopefully we will be able to make it even better this time. Something new we are adding this year is a swap meet. If you have parts you'd like to trade or sell, bring them along. We will have an area set up just for the swap meet.

Admission is $10 per rig...$10 per person...kids 15 and under are free. Camping is free. This covers you all weekend so bring your family or yourself and have some fun for a great cause!

"THE FLATS" is located @ I-40 East to exit 85.Turn right and go 1/4 mile and the park is on the left

We will allow side by sides at this event. NO 4 WHEELERS!! DO NOT ASK! 4 Wheelers are allowed for Rock Corps 4x4 Club staff only. No exceptions.

More info will be added as we move along toward April. The first DADFL event was a huge success and I would like to thank everyone involved who made it not only possible, but an overwhelming success. Post up your tshirt color preferences. Must be a cancer ribbon color. Also thinking about having some long sleeve or hoodies. Let me know if this interests you so I can gauge what to order. Thanks everyone.

Already have it on my work schedule to be off. . .Looking forward to this ride. Huge turnout last year and hoping for even more support this year. Lets get out there and make it happen. Are you going to have any posters or handouts that we can distribute? If you have any let me know and I will grab some and post them around Asheville and Marion

Is there a map or guide on what trails/areas are for stockers and which are for built crawlers?

They usually have maps there, or at least they did last time. I can try to upload one, as long as the rock corps or anyone doesn't mind.
 
Would also like to know what type of trails are available. Im just a hope, skip, and a jump over the mountain from you, in Burnsville. I didnt even know there was a place like this and I've lived here all my life.
I got a 2012 JKU with a teraflex leveling kit and 33s. Im a noob to off roading and this is my daily driver so im not wanting to bang her up. Guess what Im asking is are they trails for stockers/beginners?
 
Lots of stuff for a stocker or mildly built rig. I will look for a map.
