Axle swap in a yj

I just purchased a HP D60 and I'm gonna get a rear d60 and put under my yj any suggestions on how to make this work...?

The front is a 79 ford d60 ...I have two sets of 37s I have have 4 in spring over kit with 3in body...I want keep it street legal. ..

I would use a 1" body lift and cut fenders.

Ditch the leafs and go with a motobilt 4 link kit.
