I went inside and asked if she had run over anything lately........but there is really no way large road debris could get in there through the grill. Then I asked if she parked in the same place everyday at work and she said yes. She parks beside a large, metal warehouse and no doubt a damn mouse made a home in the airbox w fiberglass insulation from the buildings walls................I hope that sob was run over Escaping the Escapes fired up motor one day when she left work :flipoff:

I have found 2 nests in my CJ5 this spring. That's in my shed, so to be expected. That's crazy it's doing it while she is at work. I would not be surprised if it's happening at your home.

My dad bought a Saturn that wouldn't "run good". We found about 2lbs of dog food in the airbox and spark plug wire chewed in half.

Not car related, but I have to clean the lil sob's nest out of my lawn equipment all the time. I started sprinkling bait all around them...

I thought of that but their is no supply of the yellow insulation round here, The metal building she works in is decades old and has miles of it I'm sure.

The A/C in my Mom's Caddy wouldn't work after being dormant all winter.
The service manager laughed an he talked about how much stuff was crammed into the A/C under the dash .... and laughed even harder at the bill .......

I have little baggies of "cat in the bag" in and around all my stagnant vehicles. If they never get to it the bags look fine and can be reused.

Used to happen at my house all the time I have woods and a stream on the property. An old guy I know told me to tie a plastic bag with a few mothballs in it tied to something under the hood works like a champ.

I bought a jeep one time cheap cause when I test drove it it sounded like the clutch was coming apart. Seller rode with me and agreed something bad was getting ready to happen. Got it like $700 cheaper cause it needed a clutch.
Got it home and was checking it out and found probably 20lbs of dog food stuffed in the bellhousing. Cleaned it out and Drove/wheeled it for years with no clutch problem at all.

I found one in the tool box on the trailer after being parked for a couple weeks at work, near tall grass.

When cleaning it out the other day, I also found a snake skin. :)

My first thought:
So, mice are gone... But where is the snake?

ripped out old shop fridge a while back and found a bunch of stuff in bottom and also found a snake skin.. looks like snake ate well.. but again where is the snake :)
