McDonald's McRib is right up there too. LMAOSonny's Barbecue is the best BBQ in the state. Their BBQ pairs great with ketchup.
Blue Smokehouse has a killer brisket in FT Mill. Plus they serve Bourbon.

Y'all know the rule about how to ID a good BBQ place right?
The "Anthropomorphism rule".
Just look at their sign / logo. The better the joint, the more humanized the pig is.
Your basic place that just has a side profile of a pig - probably OK.
But if that pig has a smile and a face - mo betta.
And the best is always the hole in the wall, hand-drawn smiling pig holding a fork and knife over a plate of meat.
Because... even the cannibal pig knows its where its at
X2 but that’s just any resturaunt for me. If you offer a side dish it better be on par with your main dish or just don’t.Or the quality of their Mac n cheese. If it tastes like it came from a school lunch cafeteria, I’ll usually pass on the whole place; better to not serve any than to serve crap.
If ya can’t make good Mac n cheese, I have a hard time trusting your skills with the bbq.
Preach. That ain't bar-b-qThat's cool! But where's the barbecue?
Honest question: what is barbecue in your opinion? That's cool! But where's the barbecue?
It's pulled/chopped pork.Honest question: what is barbecue in your opinion?
Is it pulled/chopped pork or is it the process?
I ain't talking that California BS of calling a grill a BBQ.
Ridgewood is less than 30 minutes from the house. The bleu cheese is really good on the fries, and on the BBQ too. It’s just really good. LolNow I want some blue cheese and crackers
The blue cheese dip melted on a Ribeye is damn good as well. The fries and baked beans are the bomb!Ridgewood is less than 30 minutes from the house. The bleu cheese is really good on the fries, and on the BBQ too. It’s just really good. Lol
Hey, i understand that question, for sure. Bbq to me is generally chopped or pulled pork. I live and have grown up beside Lexington. But, I'll take a good brisket over Bbq. It's all damn good! That's cool! But where's the barbecue?
