I need fire wood! We are trying not to turn our heat on this winter and are completely out of wood. We are using our wood stove with a 2' opening with a blower system. I have one hook up for a truck load but not until next weekend. The lows for all next week are at the most in the low 30s. I had been in contact with hscrugby but haven't heard back in a while (not calling you out!!). If you have any available let me know it is greatly appreciated!

There is a guy on Six forks and Millbrook that sells wood out of a trailer.

Also there is a guy on leesevile rd right by the school that sells wood.

Can not help you in the short term, but I may have a line on a bunch of wood but you will need to cut it up and haul it out..

guy had a crap load of trees dropped over a year ago and they are all stacked up in his yard.

start calling tree services. they'll give to ya if they have it.

There was a guy on Mid Pines Rd. (between Tryon Rd. and where it turns into a dirt road) that had huge stacks of logs at the street last week with a sign that said "free wood". It was probably all fresh cut though, so it would be better to pick it up and let it dry for a year. I don't remember what kind it was unfortunately.
