BLAH BLAH fucking blah. It's been 19 damn days since you posted that you are "STILL WAITING FOR IT". You're a liar, plain and simple. You try to promote yourself as a religious man, someone who has a high moral code. Clearly, you are full of shit.

Reminds me of people I used to go to church with..acting all nice in the church, but if you don't hurry up out of the parking lot, they'll curse you straight to hell!

There are a couple of other very religous people on this board that I kow personally, and they have always (at least from what i can tell) carried themselves with high standards, and are great people to be around...they make you want to be a better person just being around them. You're far from it.

I sold a bronco in Dec. '05 that I had purchased in April '05. Bought as my first wheeler/first car DD. I went for the first thing with a lift and big tires. This happened to have a 6in lift and 38.5 swampers. Got a loan..spent 2k bucks. ....only to find out that is was a bad decision. So i tryed to sell it for what i got it for..then less..then less...went alllll the way to 400 bucks. I sold it to a guy in roxboro. He told me that i could get the title to him in spring (since I had never actually put it in my name). Instead of going ahead and getting the title while i had the money, I bought x-mas presents for family and paid some bills that needed to be paid. He asked for the title and I didnt have the funds (in jan 06) But instead of telling him that i was broke, i said that i would send it soon. cuz i thought I'd have the funds within the next few days (live off tips from my job), but never happened to my advantage. Since the title was a lost title it was a bit pricey. I'm sending the title in Monday (unless post offices are open saturdays Huh ) since it came in today

Of course the guy was/is angry and threatened to put a warrant against me. thanks to him another forum that i was usually on is now anti-ME. I am telling yall all of this cuz I dont want crap talked about me thats not TO me. and i dont want what happened with the other board to happen on this one. If you guys want the truth, ^there it is^

I know that i was in the wrong, and i have learned from my mistakes. new rig, new lesson learned, hopefully some new friends. Everyone at ****** has been unbelievably helpful with me getting my first zuk, and i thank you all for it. This is a great site. If you choose not to do business due to my past mistakes, i understand. I just wanted to set the record straight cuz i cant stand people talking crap about me thats not actually spoken to me.

Life is full of mistakes, consequences and lessons. All of the above have happened to me. Take it as you may.

Ok, let's try to get this point plainly across one more time for the slow ones....
Zuwharrie did not refuse to take a warning, we asked for the details behind it and did not get them so we deleted the threads. There is a thread over there that we have let continue due to now having the details. The warning is out.
For what it's worth, I wouldn't let anyone just jump on over there and post that "ShyHiK5 or hobie or anyone else was a thief" without gathering the details of the transaction either. I've witnessed too many bashings when it was a simple miscommunication that could be solved by an impartial party trying to translate between two hotheads. This one still really has nothing to do with Zuwharrie, but I am trying to help get it settled. I don't want to see anyone get screwed, by not receiving something rightfully theres nor by unearned character assassination. I'll keep nudging things along on my end to try to clear this up.

B4J has obviously not learned from his mistake because he still has not made it right. The record isn't set straight until the business deal is set straight.

Junkman went to B4J first to resolve this, B4J did not fulfill his end and so Junkman brought it to the forum. B4J has not defended himself or posted his side of things since junkman called him out... except for going somewhere else to post his sob story so everyone there would tell him what a stand-up guy he is for admitting he did wrong. They also told him to make it right. He still has not made it right.

Zuwharrie shouldn't take heat over not wanting the soap opera... no one does. B4J has made it theirs, and from what I saw at least they're putting heat to him, too.

As for not having the money to buy Christmas presents, learn how to knit.

I have nothing against you or the Zu crowd. I have been to the site once or twice, not realy my thing but to each his own.

I also have no problem with keeping others bickering off your board, my only head scratcher is your initial assertion that since the problem did not start on your board it shouldnt be posted there. That is the same line of thinking that led to "since the ex convicted rapist didn't rape in this neighborhood no one has the right to know"
GRANTED A MUCH DIFFERENT SCALE OF OFFENSE, BUT THE POINT IS THE SAME NONE THE LESS

People as a rule do not change, a murderer will kill again,a liar will lie again, a thief will steal again, and a disreputable on man will con again...

I honestly think you should have been happy that someone care enough about your board to attempt to protect its members, but that is just me talking here.

On a final point I really, really hope the above post from B4J is legit and he is going to make right on this deal. I hope he is not a disreputable con man bur rather a guy that made 1 bad decison like he said.

However a quick review of the facts leads me to belive otherwise
Lets count the mistakes here
#1 Underage user creates account and LIES about age to gain extra access
#2 Sells vehicle without title was not clear between the 2 parties when title would be delivered (lesson get it in writing, learn for this B4J)
#3 Comes on board and LIES about having title and it "being in mail"
#4 Posts in another thread that title is in the mail NOW, never posts as such here... but haven't we heard Title is in the mail before?

I'm sorry I do not have any confidence in anything this guy says.
