Looking at renting a walk-behind brush mower to plow down some brush. Says its rated to 3" thick stuff. Dont know if that holds true. Anyone got any experience with using these?
Exactly my experience tooi helped a buddy clear his "yard" when he bought the place. make sure its self-propelled and be ready for it to kick your ass. but it did what they said it would do
That's all fine and dandy, but they charge 2500-4000 a day.Just hire someone with a skid steer and a mulching head.
i can rent a skidsteer with a bushhog head for 600 a day around here, but you cant always get one where you need to do it at.That's all fine and dandy, but they charge 2500-4000 a day.
You're looking in the wrong places. My best friend and his dad have 2 machines. $150/hr, 4 hr minimum. One machine can knock out an acre of overgrowth in no time. That's all fine and dandy, but they charge 2500-4000 a day.
That's dirt cheap. Everyone I've seen around here is high as the sky. You're looking in the wrong places. My best friend and his dad have 2 machines. $150/hr, 4 hr minimum. One machine can knock out an acre of overgrowth in no time.
