yea, thats xjay's MJ. He is selling the TJ and building the MJ next. My old axles will be going under it and i think we are going to bob the bed.
 
nothing against your bumper, but if you plan to bolt a winch to it, i'd make some tie ins for the frame. Looks like yours just uses the 3 factory holes on each side.

Is that the one that was for sale on here a little while back?

No but its made by the same guy...I don't plan on running a winch, but i do intend to add some tie in brackets anyways.
