A friend of mine actually had a rare 96 Wrangler, coil spring like a TJ but the seats and steering wheel looked like YJ. It was a non-AC truck, we tried to add AC but we tried parts from both styles but neither would bolt in without modifications.
No wonder its for sale.looks like they using it backwards.Saw this on FB just now and had to share. I know y’all would appreciate it. View attachment 283319

Probably not that’s a $2000+ repair on a $1500 truck.Plus it is a salvage title for what he says is the dent in the rear. That seems awful light damage to warrant a salvage title. Something he is hiding?

It's an 88 Jeep. Valued somewhere in the 1300 range by insurance I would expect. Body shop quote of even 800 total losses that thing. My 94 explorer was totaled over a fender, door lip, headlight, and park light.Plus it is a salvage title for what he says is the dent in the rear. Just offered 350. We will see what happens.no price and says make offer but will get all butthurt if the offer is not what he thinks it should be.

Don't think that door is strong enuf. This has @palmetto zuk all over it.
And i mean that literally.
I was up front, tried not to big TOO big an ass. I was honest, but blunt, and said that with a salvage title insurance wouldn't cover the full worth of buying and fixing so I had to offer that to get in a range of not being upside down by the time I was done.I bet you're at least a 0 light on that offer.
