Cl find of the day

They paid $40k? False. They paid $14.5k. By the time that $14.5k was “worth” $40k, that Bronco was not. Therefore:

;)
That's not how inflation works.
$14.5K in 1987 = $40k in 2024.

I saw one of these at an auction recently but it was a diesel. Drove past an important dealership in Durham that had several of them. Would love to have one.

Had to watch that movie, sure enough here it is!

If they get it and need tires I still have some that match what's on it.

I feel like @JSJJ388 would be the perfect guy to drive this truck around for some reason.

Probably because I would absolutely drive the snot outta that thing!

Accepting donations to the "buy jsjj388 the truck" fund. Pm for the link!

I’d pitch fifty bucks in for that if it’s really gonna happen (plus another $20 that @awheelterd sent me when he lost a bet the other night)

Much appreciated. But unless it comes with another 100 donations of similar amount, it's just a pipe dream. Between tractors, motorcycle, wife, and youngjns just ain't in the cards tk drop 5k on a mostly toy.

Well, gotta start somewhere. Maybe this will inspire a bunch of copycats. Plus you probably have another truck you could sell to offset 1/3-1/2 the cost.

I like the way you think.

Really disappointed that didn't get more traction. I thought it would be a dead ringer. I was thinking about that $20 today and how wasted it was 🤣
