Theses overlander guys HATE generators. They will spend a ton of money on shit just to avoid using them. Hell, even the cargo conversion guys don't like them. They'll spend 2500-3k on solar stuff and batteries and still not be able to run everything. When I do my cargo conversion I'm not sure if anything is going to be 12v. Inverter generators are just too cheap and reliable now.
