Did pirate lose their domain?

Hahaha, I didn't even know that site existed.
 
i went to try to buy the domain earlier today, but they still own it

doesn't expire till 2013....apparently they uploaded and that's probably the problem behind it
 
today is the 10 yr anniversary of Pirate4x4.com....they forgot to renew, all is well now

yes the domain expired on Jan 6 2008.. that was when I tried to buy it :)

Honestly I probably would have given it back but I figured if they forget about something like this why not try to get it :)

but the domain registrar had them on a 30 day grace period so even if the did not renew until feb 6th they would have still kept it.. the site would have just stayed down.

Reason most folks can not see the site is due to DNS refresh times.. most dns hosting folks only renew the info evry 24 hrs..

so tomorrow AM if you clear your cache and they have the site up you should be able to see it
