Not exactly, but I have a buddy in Budapest, that scoots down to "Sofija" I think is the name?
I was supposed to tag along on a cheap flight one weekend while I was over there, but we ended up working.
Why?

Sent my buddy an email. The person he knows over there is a Scottish chick who is "nanny'ing" for a really REALLY rich family staying there. so, not sure if it's a realistic answer. (Or if she is still over there)

It's my Step brother and he works for Shell there, he gets paid in dollars in his bank account here in the states.... (I think) so it might be a good assessment for what you're trying to figure out... .but I know he's in the low 100K range.
