People are.....dumb! Anyone want to pay this guy $100 to move his boulders? Please, be sure to watch the video with the sound on....this guy needs about a million "Can you deliver these for free?" messages in his inbox.
God this was a pain in my ass when I had some trees took down. Everyone wanted me to saw it up and split it for them then they'd come get it.... for free.Jokes on you, I’m on my way to pick em up and pay him extra!
But I see this all the time with tree stuff. People want $200 for a log and I can’t even give them away with free delivery.
There was a guy this one time who wanted some here on NC4X4. Pretty sure he built the most baddest offroadest park of all time. Or something like that….Log into Facebook

I cut it up and even split it to give away. Its therapeutic in some ways. Around Halloween I gave away 5 truckloads that way. But its always to people I know, not random fb people.God this was a pain in my ass when I had some trees took down. They all were so confused when I said sure that will cost money

Mill and Lathe are on the wish list for the shop for my son to teach me to use. Unfortunately we both be broke right now.![]()
Bridgeport
I have a Bridgeport works amazing nothing wrong with and some attachments to go withwww.facebook.com
$3,200 for a bridgeport with a healthy amount of extras. Haven't been in the mill market for a while, but when I was, this would have been a good deal.
Looks like a good machine, but I wouldn't care to have one that wasn't infinitely variable speed.![]()

I know nothing but I thought they would have that. Or are the older ones like my drill press with different pullies for speed changes?Looks like a good machine, but I wouldn't care to have one that wasn't infinitely variable speed.
Belt and pulleysI know nothing but I thought they would have that. Or are the older ones like my drill press with different pullies for speed changes?
Now that you point it out I see it and feel dumb.
I would think you could. Can you not just run them on a vfd to get some speed control?
Yeah you definitely can, but it’s much easier to just buy one with the knob on the front that does it already for about the same price. Can you not just run them on a vfd to get some speed control?
