But I see this all the time with tree stuff. People want $200 for a log and I can’t even give them away with free delivery.

God this was a pain in my ass when I had some trees took down. Everyone wanted me to saw it up and split it for them then they'd come get it.... for free.

They all were so confused when I said sure that will cost money

There was a guy this one time who wanted some here on NC4X4. Pretty sure he built the most baddest offroadest park of all time. Or something like that….

I cut it up and even split it to give away. Its therapeutic in some ways. Around Halloween I gave away 5 truckloads that way. But its always to people I know, not random fb people.
I’ve actually had people ask if they could cut it for me and I told them nobody runs a saw on my property but me. Don’t need a lawsuit when they get hurt because they don’t know what the hell they’re doing.
