recall a chrysler dealership in greenville, sc was giving a free yugo with each new vehicle purchase
We used to buy them at auction for $25.00 each and we would buy several at a time and bring them home and bolt a fender or bumper and sell them for $1800.00 and they would be a new car. People bought them about as fast as we could get them. That last one we had we put it on our junk yard pole and it still ran and drove . we took it down after 5 years and sold the motor out of it and put it back up on the sign.

Scored this baby off MP for $100 today; B&M 70274 super cooler. Going on my red truck after the transmission gets rebuilt.

Thank you so much for posting! I, along with most everyone else on this forum I’m sure, have been wanting something like this my entire life but have been unable to find it. Now my dreams have come true!

This is one of those things that everyone wants their neighbor to have for parties but your wife would never let you keep in your own house.
Hence I have have shared the ad w/ all my neighbors.

That MF was $3995 new 🤦🏾‍♂️
In about 90/91 a guy I went to HS with had one just like that w four 12 inch Cerwin Vega's in the back of it,a Apline cassette player and cd changer and a bunch of other stuff. The stereo was worth about 10 times what the car was.Come to find out one of our teachers lived down the road from him and she had ordered new checks from the bank.He stole em out of her mail box and bought all the stereo with her checks.Around 3K IIRC.

I was in the parts dept at a Dodge dealership one time and they had a sign on the counter that said"All Yugo parts are 90% off"That would have been in the early 90's.

The Yugo's were drive till they broke down and leave it where it stopped and move to your next ride a tow truck. lol.
So never put more than a 1/4 tank of gas in em??
