People who make their own bio-diesel are now exempt from the state motor fuels tax. That saves the home alternative-fuel brewer about $2,500.

Still need to pay the road tax and keep a log book if you run it that is just the 2500 bond for the people making it. Is it not.
Don't think it changes anything else about the standard taxes.
