Ya i saw that before, said its good for traffic jam situations where the bikes can fit between cars in city traffic and get the disabled car out of the way.. Keep it under 100, you'd be fine..

Wouldn't pushing the disable vehicle out of the way be a bit quicker than all that? Granted it may take a few dozen of the average Japanese citizen to push a disable Toy/Fairlady/etc. out of the way...
