those are stock springs with an adda leaf in so i can take the add a leaf out to lose two inches that should do the trick.

attempted to put my tcase in sunday only to find out i need to notch out the floor above and i have to notch the crossmember out tremendously to get a drive shaft thru . im wondering if you can run a double cardan on a 205 because that would help the clearance issues.

205's in chevy trucks came with a double carden joint they shouldn't be to hard to find.

finally finished my 205, did the whole twin stick thing to it, neat stuff. cant wait to actually make my doubler.
You mentioned this back on 7/8. What were you planning to use as your doubler? I have a Dana 20, needs some tlc, but it worked before I pulled it from my CJ.

im using a 203 i already have. its been pulled apart ready to clean up and get the kit im just missing the 1000 for the doubler kit.

im gonna run just the 205 till after i rebuild and drop in my 401 then ill do the doubler

Hey- All BS aside- I may have a line on a pair of 42" TSLs for spares. You want to buy one if I get them?? They are 16s, but they will come on standard 16x10 steel wheels.

Paint it red- then you can ride all the easy trails like a few other red jeeps I know!!

And don't diss Jamie's FREE chrome Dodge wheels and FREE 50k mile michellins. That Chebbie he's got is a hell of alot safer than the Ferd Terd you drive!!

By the way- 42" tire- good tread w/ homemade beadlock wheel = $150 call me to work it out- and - no- I am not the First Bank of Todd!!

got my gears tonite from butch @ fourwheelsuplly.net and got started on cutting up my crossmember to make the 205 work. its all coming together. sort of

finally got some progress sort of.

got a tubing bender delivered saturday, along with 37' of tubing and i went out and bought a chop saw at sears and picked up a can of paint to try out on the jeep.

i bent up the tubes for my crossmember and bent up two tubes for the rollcage, get to the rest over the long weekend and finally get my tcase up in the jeep.
